Welcome to Dust Spares. These are our terms of business and form the basis of our contract with you. Please read these terms before you make your order. If there is anything that you don’t understand please contact us and we will be happy to explain.
Making a Purchase
To place orders simply browse our Website and place the goods you wish to purchase in your basket. Once your selections are complete, click on ‘Checkout’.
For returning customers, please login using your account details. For new customers, please complete all the required information In order to create an online account.
To complete your order, follow the instructions on the Website until payment is complete.
Payment
Web Orders : We accept payment by Credit/Debit card or Paypal.
Telephone Orders: We accept payment by Credit/Debit card, Paypal, BACS Transfer or Proforma.
Klarna - Option for pay in 3 instalments or 30 days
Tax
All prices stated on our Website exclude VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
Web Orders: POA - Guide Price Given.
Items that fall into this category will have their current sales price confirmed on Order. An additional payment may be required if you want to proceed with the purchase. This is due to the increasing costs for raw materials.

These are available for web orders only.
Collections
We will hold orders that are due to be collected for 14 working days. After this time, a refund will be issued.
Confirmation of Order
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation from us by email. Please check this to ensure that the correct parts have been ordered. If you have any queries, please contact us by email or telephone to amend your Order.
If you have placed an order by Telephone, we ask you to reply by email confirming that the details on the Order Confirmation are correct; we can then dispatch your order. If no reply is received, your order will be dispatched after 24 hours.
Dust Spares Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline an Order. This term is to protect the Company in such circumstances of a price discrepancy or stock availability. We will contact you with 24 hours of receiving an order, or the next working day, should there be any queries.
Delivery
Orders of stocked products received before 2:30pm (DPD) and 12:30pm (DX) will be shipped same day, on a standard next working day service for Mainland UK addresses. Extended areas including parts of Industrial Scotland and Scottish Highlands will be a 3 day service.
For goods that are made to order/non stock, a lead time will be stated within the product description.
We will make every effort to ensure your Order is delivered on time.
Free UK Mainland delivery available on web orders over £350 (EX VAT). Delivery is sent on a Next Day* service using a nominated supplier, for mainland UK addresses only. Orders are shipped subject to any lead times stated on products.
* Exclusions apply: Extended areas of Industrial Scotland and Scottish Highlands up to 3 day delivery.
Dust Spares Ltd reserves the right to change the courier to ensure the best service is provided.
We are pleased to inform our customers that international deliveries are available. For further details on this option, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at info@dustspares.co.uk. This will allow us to provide you with precise information about shipping, delivery times, potential customs requirements, and other relevant particulars tailored to your specific location.

Delivery Instructions
If you are not going to be in on the delivery date and wish to leave instructions for the courier, please leave a signed note stating the details. Dust Spares will only be responsible for the goods until they are delivered by our Courier, as per your instructions.
Delivery Query
Orders may be delivered to you in multiple parts. If you have not received your full delivery please check the courier Tracking or call us and we will check this for you.
If you have received an incorrect item or have not received an item that you have ordered, please contact us by phone or email to advise of this within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This will allow us to look into this whilst the details of the order are current. We are unable to take responsibility for discrepancies that are not reported efficiently.
Order Cancellation
Requests to cancel an order can be accommodated if received within one hour of the original order being placed. Orders cancelled after this time may be subject to a Re-stocking fee, especially for orders of non-stock items that are at Production Stage.
Returns Policy
If you decide that you no longer require some or all of the parts ordered, we will be happy to provide you with a refund, subject to the following conditions:
You contact us by email to confirm details of the items to be returned. We will then issue you with a Returns Reference number which should be included with the Goods.
If goods are returned without a reference number or prior contact, a 25% Restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
We will arrange collection of the goods, free of charge, from the original delivery address, provided the following conditions are met:
We are made aware that you would like to return the items within 60 days of you receiving them (or the person/place nominated by you to take the delivery)
The goods are in a new, unused and resalable condition. Pictures to be provided by email of all goods that are requests for returns
The goods are not mentioned in the list below of items that cannot be returned.
The delivery and collection addresses are not mentioned below in the list of post codes not eligible.
All refunds will be credited to the same means of payment that was used when placing the order, unless agreed otherwise. They will be credited within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
We are not responsible if the goods are damaged or lost on return.
It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is packaged suitably to reduce damage during transit.

Any UK Island, Northern Ireland or any of the following postcodes: AB (37-38, 44-45 & 53-56), BT (Northern Ireland), CA (18-27), HS (Outer Hebrides), IM (Isle of Man), IV (7, 9-12,14-28, 30-32, 36, 40-56), KA (27-28), KW (Orkney Islands), LA (15-23), PA (20-38, 41-49, 61-78, 80-88), PH (17-26, 30-44, 49-50), TR (21-25) & ZE (Shetland Islands) and any country outside of the UK.

Kits of all types - Do not qualify for free returns. If you would like to return any Kits you may do so at your own expense, subject to our Returns Policy. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply for all Kit returns due to the excess handling of the goods.
Damaged Goods
For any goods that have been damaged in transit, please ensure that you sign for them as ‘damaged’ on the Couriers delivery record (most likely their hand held system). Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 Hours of Delivery. Pictures should be taken of the damaged goods and forwarded to us by email upon receiving the delivery.
No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been signed for as ‘in good condition’.
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with any goods received, please contact us straight away. We will deal with your query without delay.
Defects and Guarantee
No claims for faulty materials or workmanship will be entertained if modifications to the goods have been effected other than by Dust Spares Ltd.
Retention of Title
All Goods supplied to you remain the property of Dust Spares Ltd until they have been paid for in full.
Performance
Information and Data Sheets are supplied for products on our Website, in order for you to select the most appropriate products. Although we can suggest items of suitability, we cannot guarantee their performance as we have not assessed their usage. We do not accept liability for any incorrect goods purchased.
Competition Terms & Conditions
These terms govern any competition or promotion, hereinafter referred to as “competition”, offered by Dust Spares.
1. The competition is promoted by Dust Spares Ltd, Priory Business Park, Wistow Road, Kibworth, Leicester, LE8 0RX.
2. The competition is open to all UK residents except employees of Dust Spares Ltd (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the competition.
4. Entry instructions will be available on a medium of Dust Spares’ choosing. If any ambiguity exists with entry instructions, Dust Spares will have the final say as to whether you have met entry requirements.
5. The opening and closing date for entries is available upon request, and will also be communicated. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
6. Only one entry allowed per household or business.
7. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
8. No cash or prize alternatives are available.
9. Dust Spares Ltd reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries and notified using the contact details provided. Where we require details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to select a different winner.
11. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. Dust Spares Ltd reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.
12. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 3 months of the competition end date. Dust Spares Ltd reserves the right to select another winner if the original winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
13. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.
14. Dust Spares Ltd’s decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
15. To obtain details of the prize winner after the closing date, please write to Dust Spares Ltd. Only a name will be provided.
16. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for the competition.
17. By entering the competition you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter the competition.
18. By entering this competition you are agreeing that your name, business name, town or city and entry may be a) used for the purpose of announcing the winner and/or distributed to individuals who request details of the winner and/or b) in any related publicity by Dust Spares Ltd, without additional payment or permission.
19. Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement.
20. Under no circumstances will Dust Spares Ltd be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize.
21. Dust Spares Ltd will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and Dust Spares Ltd can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.
22. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
