    Geovent Exhaust Hose Reels - GTS

    GTS (Spring) are used for the extraction of exhaust gases, welding smokes ect. The advantage of use this principle is that an extraction hose is always available and not taking up space on the floor

    GTE (Electric) type also available.

    It is provided with a strong steel spring, that works by spring loading in the same way as a roller blind.

    These hose reels are produced in widths of 750mm and 1000mm. Supplied with hose diameters of 80mm, 100mm. 125mm and 150mm and supplied in length up to 10m.

    The hose reel is supplied with the GeoFlex exhaust hose. The GeoFlex exhaust hose has a temperature capacity of +170°C – briefly up to +150°C and is crush proof.

    These hose reels are produced in widths of 750mm, 1000mm and 1400mm. Supplied with hose diameters of 80mm, 100mm. 125mm, 150mm and 200mm in lengths up to 15m.

    The hose reel GTE is supplied with the GeoFlex exhaust hose. The GeoFlex exhaust hose has a temperature capacity of +170°C – briefly up to +150°C.

    Typical uses

    80mm - Small vehicles - Motorcycle

    100mm - Most standard vehicles - Small Cars - Garages

    125mm - Larger vehicles - Sports cars - Smaller lorries

    150mm - Lorries or large construction vehicles

    Galvanised parts: Drum, cover, bracket and all nuts and bolts

    Painted parts: Side panels on the drum are as standard powder painted RAL7015

    Hose: TPE exhaust hose with nylon spiral. The hose can be crossed to a certain extent. Exhaust temperatures up to 170°m short term at 200°, when used correctly with nozzle and sufficient air from the outside (approx. 50%).

    GTS is mounted with a hanging hose piece so that the hose can be reached by the operator. Note the 750mm/10m/100 will have a minimum of 2.5m of hose hanging down
