1. This promotion is offered by Dust Spares Ltd, Priory Business Park, Wistow Road, Kibworth, Leicester, LE8 0RX.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents exempt employees of Dust Spares Ltd (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who will not be awarded a voucher, even if an eligible order has been made.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a voucher.
4. How to be eligible for a voucher: Place an order via www.dustspares.co.uk between 1st February 2024 00:00 and 14th February 2024 23:59 that exceeds, in value, £100 excluding VAT and delivery. Phone and email orders are not eligible. You must enter code ‘COFFEE’ at checkout before completing your order to be eligible.
5. No orders after this period will be eligible for a voucher.
6. Purchase is necessary to be awarded a voucher
7. The voucher is an e-gift card for Costa Coffee to the value of £10.
8. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the voucher.
9. No cash alternatives are available.
10. Dust Spares Ltd reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any voucher with a reward of equal or greater value.
11. Those that place an eligible order will be sent an e-gift voucher within 72 hours of the order delivery. The e-gift voucher will be sent to the email address which was used when the order was placed, and cannot be sent elsewhere. Where we require additional details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to disqualify you from receiving a voucher.
12. All individuals eligible for a voucher are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the promotion. Dust Spares Ltd reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify orders at its absolute discretion.
13. Any order containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be ineligible for receiving a voucher.
14. Dust Spares Ltd’s decision as to who receives a voucher shall be final.
15. The order conditions are part of the Terms and Conditions for this promotion.
16. By placing an order you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your order will not be eligible for a voucher.
17. Under no circumstances will Dust Spares Ltd be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the voucher scheme.
18. Dust Spares Ltd will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this promotion and Dust Spares Ltd can cancel or alter the promotion at any stage.
19. Any dispute relating to the promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
